The Healthy Hair Care Academy has partnered with the Ready S.E.T. Go Externship Program from Spotsylvania County Public Schools.

In this program, students are paired with a working professional to observe and preview the day-to-day activities for a specific career. Externships are designed for students to learn more about the nature of various occupations and work environments, as well as, a foundation for the education and training needed to succeed. Think of an externship as an extended job shadowing experience designed for students to ask questions, observe, and get a feel for a workplace.
